What this means for you

• If you’ve changed your mind about a product, let us know within the first seven days and you can return it (at your cost) for a full refund.
• You’ll have 21 days after you’ve let us know you’d like to return an item.
• We’ll refund your original payment method within 7 days

How it works

• Get in touch with our team via our Contact Form, letting us know your order number and the item(s) that you’re returning
• We’ll confirm we’re ready to accept your return
• Send your item back securely packaged, protecting the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your order number or invoice!

Tips for returns

• Make sure the item is returned as-new, in it’s original packaging, in a saleable condition. If your item is return as used we may need to make a deduction (unless faulty)
• Protect the original packaging of the item by sending it in an outer box or bag as necessary
• Always use a Tracked service, you’re responsible for the goods until they’ve reached us

If an item is faulty

• We’re really sorry to hear you’ve had a problem with your order. Get in touch with our team and we’ll organise a return.
• We’ll take care of the cost of returning the item, or we’ll supply a returns label
• We may be able to send a new item out before we receive the old one – our Customer Services team will be able to help
